Returns
Our refund policy is only available for thirty days from USPS delivery of the product. If thirty days have passed since receipt of your purchase, we don't offer a refund or exchange because you've had sufficient time to inspect your delivery and have not made us aware that there is a problem.
Refusal of delivery is not considered a refundable event. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Doing so without authorization will result in a loss of your product as well as no option for a refund or exchange. Contact us if there is a problem with your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the next steps.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
Refund processes and time frames are done in accordance with your bank's policies. It is up to them as to when they will release the funds.
We require using a trackable shipping service so that both parties can track returns.
Unfortunately we don't offer any exchanges at this time only refunds when applicable.
